Noah Schultz’s tough introduction to Charlotte persisted last week, but mixed in a non-ideal statline are postivie pitch developments and innings building.

Hagen Smith – MLB Pipeline White Sox #4

Hagen Smith notched five strikeouts in what was his second outing for the Barons post bio-mechanics work in Arizona.

Colson Montgomery – MLB Pipeline White Sox #5

Colson Montgomery appeared in two games for the Knights before getting promoted to the White Sox for their weekend series in Denver.

Braden Montgomery – MLB Pipeline White Sox #3

Braden Montgomery had a week he’d love to forget at the plate, managing two hits (four walks) over six games with 11 strikeouts.

Jairo Iriarte – MLB Pipeline White Sox #7

Jairo Iriarte only made one appearance last week for the Knights, but it was a perfect inning of work.

George Wolkow – MLB Pipeline White Sox #8

The good: George Wolkow walked seven times in five games and was successful on his only stolen base attempt. The bad: Wolkow was also hitless and struck out nine times as his tough 2025 season marches on.

Caleb Bonemer – MLB Pipeline White Sox #9

After a tough June, Caleb Bonemer’s July got off to a strong start against Hickory.

Bryan Ramos – MLB Pipeline White Sox #12

Similarly to George Wolkow, it’s been a very tough season so far for 23-year-old Bryan Ramos, as he struggled offensively once again for the Knights in four games last week..

Trending on the Farm: AAA (Charlotte)

Tim Elko

26-year-old Tim Elko hit .294/.455/.647 for a 1.102 OPS over five games last week, scoring four runs, hit two home runs, walked as often as he struck out (five), and had five RBI.

Jacob Amaya

26-year-old Jacob Amaya was on fire last week for the Knights against Jacksonville, hitting .385/.500/.923 for a 1.423 OPS with four runs scored, a double, two home runs, five RBI, and was successful on his only stolen base attempt.

Yoendrys Gómez

25-year-old Yoendrys Gómez turned in another strong start for the Knights last week.

Peyton Pallette – MLB Pipeline White Sox #27

24-year-old Peyton Pallette pitched a perfect inning of relief last week for the Knights in his only appearance.

Jared Shuster

26-year-old southpaw Jared Shuster, out on a rehab assignment with the Knights, made two perfect appearances last week out of the Charlotte bullpen, throwing two total innings.

Tanner McDougal – MLB Pipeline White Sox #29

The renaissance season for 22-year-old Tanner McDougal rolled on last week, and he was once again outstanding for the Barons.

Ryan Galanie

25-year-old Ryan Galanie hit .318/.385/.500 for an .885 OPS with four runs scored, a double, a home run, five RBI, and was successful on his lone stolen base attempt in six games last week against Chattanooga.

Shane Murphy

Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but Shane Murphy stymied the opposing lineup whilst limiting damage done against him. In 78.2 innings this season, Murphy has a 1.72 ERA with a 0.83 WHIP and 66 strikeouts (15 games total, 12 starts).

Jake Palisch

26-year-old Jake Palisch chucked a strong outing for the Barons.

Colby Smelley

25-year-old catcher Colby Smelley only appeared in two games, but had three hits, including a home run, while also scoring two runs and walking once against the Lookouts.

Mark McLaughlin

24-year-old Mark McLaughlin made two scoreless appearances last week for the Barons, pitching two and two thirds total innings giving up one hit while striking out two.

Andrew Dalquist

24-year-old right-hander Andrew Dalquist made two perfect appearances out of the Barons bullpen last week, throwing two total innings and struck out three.

Trending on the Farm: A+ (Winston-Salem)

Samuel Zavala

20-year-old Samuel Zavala led the way for the Dash offense last week, slashing .294/.455/.529 for a .984 OPS with four runs scored, a double, a home run, five RBI, and was 1-for-2 on stolen bases. After a tough first two months of the season, Zavala posted a .293/.379/.413 slash line in June over 75 at-bats.

Jake Bockenstedt

25-year-old Jake Bockenstedt put together a very strong outing last week against Hub City.

Christian Oppor – MLB Pipeline White Sox #16

20-year-old Christian Oppor made just one mistake in an otherwise dominant outing.

Nick Altermatt

25-year-old right-hander Nick Altermatt made two scoreless appearances, throwing two and two thirds total innings allowing two hits while striking out two.

Luke Bell

24-year-old righty Luke Bell made two scoreless appearances out of the Winston-Salem bullpen, throwing three total innings allowing one hit, one walk, and struck out three.

Adisyn Coffey

26-year-old Adisyn Coffey was in Winston-Salem on a rehab assignment before being activated by the Knights on Sunday, but pitched a spotless inning in his lone appearance last week.

Grant Umberger

23-year-old Grant Umberger’s fantastic season as the ace of the Cannon Ballers staff made it’s regularly scheduled weekly appearance against Hickory.

Jonathan Clark

25-year-old Jonathan Clark made two scoreless appearances out of the Kannapolis bullpen last week, throwing three and two thirds total innings allowing one hit, one walk, struck out four, and secured one save.

Pierce George

22-year-old righty Pierce George made two scoreless appearances, throwing two and a third innings walking two batters but struck out three.

Liam Paddack

21-year-old southpaw Liam Paddack made one scoreless appearance last week, throwing two and a third innings issuing two walks while striking out one.

Trending on the Farm: Rookie (ACL)

Drake Logan

24-year-old Drake Logan hit .368/.400/.579 for a .979 OPS in five games last week for the ACL White Sox. Logan scored four runs, had two doubles, a triple, and was successful on his lone stolen base attempt.

Jake Curtis

23-year-old right-hander Jake Curtis pitched two perfect innings in his lone appearance for the ACL White Sox last week, striking out three and securing a save. Curtis was promoted to Kannapolis later in the week, making two more scorless appearances for the Ballers throwing three total innings allowing four hits and struck out one.

Connor McCullough

25-year-old right-hander Connor McCullough, in the ACL on a rehab assignment, pitched two innings allowing two hits, one run (unearned), and struck out four in his lone appearance last week.

Noah Syndergaard

32-year-old Noah Syndergaard hurled four shutout innings allowing just one hit while striking out three in his only outing last week.

Mathias LaCombe – MLB Pipeline White Sox #29

23-year-old right-hander Mathias LaCombe threw two and two thirds innings allowing one hit, one walk, and struck out four.

Yobal Rodriguez

17-year-old right-hander Yobal Rodriguez ran his scoreless streak to seven straight games (18.2 innings) with his latest outing, throwing four shutout innings while permitting just one walk and struck out two in his latest start.

Christian Gonzalez

18-year-old outfielder Christian Gonzalez posted an .885 OPS in five games last week, scoring a run, hitting a double, walking five times (three strikeouts), and was unsuccessful on both of his stolen base tries.

Alexander Martinez

22-year-old righty Alexander Martinez made two appearances last week, throwing three and a third innings allowing one unearned run, three walks, struck out five, and secured one save.

Orlando Suarez

18-year-old right-hander Orlando Suarez pitched four scoreless innings, striking out three but did walk five.

Diego Perez

Recently turned 17-year-old righty Diego Perez hurled two more strong outings for the DSL White Sox last week, making two appearances (one start), throwing five total innings allowing one hit, one run (earned), three walks, and struck out five.
