  1. I have a few major questions.

    – Who will Getz hire for his replacement as Director of Player Development (Farm Director, supposed to be minority)?
    > Chaim Bloom want a year or 2 pillow deal to be Director of Minor League Operations

    – Will there be changes at the International Scouting level?
    > Marco Paddy new focus?
    > Hire someone like former Nationals AGM/International Scouting Director Johnny DiPuglia (minority)
    > Renewed focus on Pacific Rim

    – What does the Major (and Minor) League Coaching Staff look like:
    > Who remains and who is replaced?
    > Do they add more uniformed coaches
    > Do they ever expand Minor League Coaching staffs?

    – Do they continue to expand R&D, Analysts, Biomechanics ect.?
    > Sam Mondry-Cohen and Geoff Head were guys mentioned in the last offseason as hires.
    > Additional Staff additions in last 18 months
    > Maybe a huge hire like Scott Powers for Director of Quantitative Analysis
