Trending on the Farm: Noah Schultz gets the call, Bonemer carves the Keys

Noah Schultz – MLB Pipeline White Sox #2

Noah Schultz was simply fantastic against Memphis last week, and is set to make his major league debut on Tuesday against the Rays.

Caleb Bonemer – MLB Pipeline White Sox #4

The first full week of the Dash season saw Caleb Bonemer morph into an extra base hit machine, tallying six across the series with Frederick. Bonemer did strikeout nine times in 22 at-bats, but put a hurt on the balls he connected with.

Braden Montgomery – MLB Pipeline White Sox #1

Braden Montgomery had a rough start to the week, but finished it off strong with a two-homer day on Sunday.

Hagen Smith – MLB Pipeline White Sox #4

Hagen Smith was fantastic in his scheduled three inning start against the International League leading Memphis Redbirds.

Tanner McDougal – MLB Pipeline White Sox #6

Tanner McDougal joined the likes of Hagen Smith and Noah Schultz in shoving against a tough Memphis lineup. Most importantly for McDougal, he was able to harness his control and issue just one walk over six innings.

Christian Oppor – MLB Pipeline White Sox #8

Christian Oppor had a rough go in his first AA start and will look to get back on track in his next outing for the Barons.

Billy Carlson – MLB Pipeline White Sox #5

It was a tough first full week at the plate for Billy Carlson, but he did manage to walk six times (struck out seven) in five games and was successful on both of his stolen base attempts.

Jaden Fauske – MLB Pipeline White Sox #7

Similarly to Carlson, Jaden Fauske had a tough week at the plate for the Ballers against Hickory, but did walk five times (10 strikeouts) and go 3-for-4 on stolen bases in five games.

Sam Antonacci – MLB Pipeline White Sox #9

While Sam Antonacci didn’t get the hits to drop, he did walk seven times (four strikeouts) over six games last week. Rumors are also circulating that Antonacci could be joining the White Sox in short order, although that has yet to be confirmed (as of this writing).

Trending on the Farm: AAA (Charlotte)

Korey Lee

27-year-old Korey Lee was excellent for the Knights, hitting .353/.478/.882 for a 1.360 OPS over six games. Lee scored six runs, three home runs, and seven RBI.

Oliver Dunn

28-year-old Oliver Dunn hit .333/.462/.619 for a 1.081 OPS in six games last week. Dunn scored five runs, had three doubles, one home run, one RBI, and was 3-for-3 on stolen bases.

Wikelman González

24-year-old Wikelman González pitched well in both of his appearances last week, throwing three scoreless frames allowing two hits and struck out six.

Mario Camilletti

26-year-old Mario Camilletti hit .357/.471/.429 for an even .900 OPS. In four games, Camilletti scored four runs, hit one double, and four RBI.

Ben Peoples

24-year-old right-hander Ben Peoples made two scoreless appearances last week, allowing three hits and one walk in four innings of work.

Tyler Davis

27-year-old righty Tyler Davis made two scoreless appearances last week, throwing three innings allowing two walks along with three strikeouts.

Garrett Schoenle

27-year-old southpaw Garrett Schoenle made two appearances last week, pitching in three innings allowing one hit, one unearned run, one walk, and struck out three.

Trending on the Farm: AA (Birmingham)

Samuel Zavala

21-year-old Samuel Zavala was the Barons’ best offensive player last week, slashing .333/.455/.667 for a 1.122 OPS over five games. Zavala scored three runs, had two home runs, four RBI, and nearly walked (four) as much as he struck out (five).

Shane Murphy – MLB Pipeline White Sox #27

25-year-old Shane Murphy had a stellar start for the Barons against Chattanooga last week.

Connor McCullough

26-year-old Connor McCullough was excellent in his three inning start against the Lookouts last week.

Chase Watkins

26-year-old lefty Chase Watkins made two appearances for the Barons last week, hurling three scoreless frames allowing one hit, two walks, and struck out four.

Riley Gowens

26-year-old right-hander Riley Gowens pitched well in two appearances last week. Gowens pitched three and two thirds innings allowing two hits, one run (earned), one walk, and struck out five.

Trending on the Farm: A+ (Winston-Salem)

Colby Shelton

23-year-old Colby Shelton hit .450/.500/.600 for a 1.100 OPS. In five games against Frederick, Shelton scored three runs, doubled three times, had six RBI, and was successful on his lone stolen base attempt.

Anthony DePino

23-year-old Anthony DePino hit .300/.333/.700 for a 1.033 OPS in five games. DePino scored five runs, doubled twice, homered twice, and drove in five.

Gabe Davis – MLB Pipeline White Sox #25

22-year-old Gabe Davis debuted and had an impressive performance in store for his first outing as a professional.

Grant Umberger

24-year-old Grant Umberger had a nice start for the Dash last week against the Keys.

Ryan Burrowes – MLB Pipeline White Sox #29

21-year-old Ryan Burrowes posted a .971 OPS in four games last week, scoring two runs while hitting a double, triple, had one RBI, and walked more (three) than he struck out (two).

Luke Bell

25-year-old right-hander Luke Bell made two scoreless appearances for the Dash, throwing four and a third innings allowing one hit, one walk, and struck out five.

Morris Austin

26-year-old right-hander Morris Austin was stellar in relief for the Dash. In two shutout appearances, Austin allowed just one walk while striking out five in two and two thirds innings.

Liam Paddack

22-year-old left-hander Liam Paddack made one appearance last week, throwing three innings allowing three hits, one unearned run, and struck out five.

Seth Keener

24-year-old righty Seth Keener made two appearances last week, working four and two thirds innings allowing two hits, one run (earned), one walk, and struck out five.

Trending on the Farm: A (Kannapolis)

Stiven Flores

20-year-old Stiven Flores hit .467/.500/.533 for a 1.033 OPS in four games last week. Flores scored one run, had a double, two RBI, and had one walk (one strikeout).

Riley Eikhoff

24-year-old Riley Eikhoff was marvelous in his outing against Hickory.

Max Banks

22-year-old right-hander Max Banks had another fantastic start for the Cannon Ballers last week.

Jackson Nove

23-year-old Jackson Nove was fantastic out of the Ballers bullpen. In two appearances, Nove pitched four innings allowing three hits, one walk, and struck out nine.

Garrett Wright

24-year-old righty Garrett Wright made two scoreless appearances, pitching in four innings allowing two hits, one walk, and struck out eight.

Pierce George

22-year-old right-hander Pierce George made two scoreless appearances last week, chucking three innings allowing one hit along with three strikeouts.
