Trending on the Farm: Jacob Gonzalez’s breakout season continues, Billy Carlson heats up for Ballers

Caleb Bonemer – MLB Pipeline White Sox #1
Caleb Bonemer endured another quiet week at the plate before smashing a go-ahead three run home run on Sunday to propel the Dash to victory. On the plus side, Bonemer did cut back on the swing and miss last week, striking out seven times and walking six times in 21 at-bats.
Braden Montgomery – MLB Pipeline White Sox #2
Braden Montgomery had a solid second week with the Knights, smashing his first two AAA home runs to the opposite field against Norfolk.

Hagen Smith – MLB Pipeline White Sox #4
Hagen Smith’s command was shakey, but he still notched six punchouts and kept the Knights in the game while he’s been granted a bit longer of a leash in his recent outings.
Billy Carlson – MLB Pipeline White Sox #5
Billy Carlson has gotten into a groove at the plate over the last two weeks, sending three of his six hits last week for extra bases.

Christian Oppor – MLB Pipeline White Sox #8
Christian Oppor hasn’t been able to get into a groove or fine-tune his command all season, and this start was no different, but he did strike out six and work four total innings.
David Sandlin – MLB Pipeline White Sox #18
High pitch counts once again cut David Sandlin’s outing short, but the swing and miss stuff was ever apparent.
Jaden Fauske – MLB Pipeline White Sox #7
Jaden Fauske rebounded after a quiet previous week. Fauske also walked more (four) than he struck out (two) in 17 at-bats.

Javier Mogollon – MLB Pipeline White Sox #13
Javier Mogollon was 6-for-6 on stolen bases last week in what was another strong offensive showing. Mogollon is now 18-for-19 on stolen bases this season (31 games).

Trending on the Farm: AAA (Charlotte)
Jacob Gonzalez – MLB Pipeline White Sox #24
23-year-old Jacob Gonzalez’s breakout season in Charlotte marched on last week, posting a .476/.542/1.143 slash line for a 1.685 OPS in five games. Gonzalez scored six runs, had two doubles, four home runs, 12 RBI, and was successful on his only stolen base attempt. In 42 games this season, Gonzalez is now sporting a league leading 1.061 OPS, is tied for the league lead with 14 home runs, is tied for second with 36 runs scored, tied for fifth with 31 walks, and also leads the International League with 48 RBI.
Oliver Dunn
28-year-old Oliver Dunn hit .450/.542/1.000 for a 1.542 OPS in six games against Norfolk. Dunn scored six runs, had two doubles, three home runs, nine RBI, walked more (four) than he struck out (three), and was 2-for-2 on stolen bases.
Lamonte Wade Jr.
32-year-old Lamonte Wade Jr. batted .308/.526/.615 with an 1.141 OPS in four games against the Tides. Wade Jr. scored two runs, doubled and homered once, had two RBI, and walked six times (five strikeouts).
Rikuu Nishida
25-year-old Rikuu Nishida hit .500/.560/.600 for an 1.160 OPS in five games played last week. Nishida scored eight runs, had two doubles, one RBI, walked four times (two strikeouts), and was 1-for-3 on stolen bases.

Mario Camilletti
27-year-old Mario Camilletti slashed .375/.444/.625 for a 1.069 OPS. In five games, Camilletti scored two runs, doubled and homered once, had one RBI, and was successful on his lone stolen base try.
Korey Lee
27-year-old Korey Lee posted a .368/.368/.632 slash line for an even 1.000 OPS in five games. Lee scored four runs, had a double, two triples, seven RBI, and was 1-for-2 on stolen bases.
Jordan Leasure
27-year-old Jordan Leasure made three shutout appearances for the Knights last week, working three total innings allowing one hit, one walk, and struck out three.
Ben Peoples
25-year-old right-hander Ben Peoples made two scoreless appearances last week, working two innings walking two and striking out six.
Chase Plymell
27-year-old righty Chase Plymell worked two shutout innings in his only appearance last week, walking two batters.
Garrett Schoenle
27-year-old southpaw Garrett Schoenle made three appearances for the Knights against the Tides, working four and a third innings allowing five hits, one run (earned), and struck out five.

Wilfred Veras
23-year-old Wilfred Veras hit .308/.438/.538 for a .976 OPS in four games last week against Rocket City. Veras scored five runs, homered once and drove in two.
Jake Palisch
27-year-old Jake Palisch had a two start week for the Barons, and in 11.2 innings Palisch allowed 13 hits, six runs (four earned), walked three, and struck out seven.
Andy Weber
28-year-old Andy Weber batted .400/.438/.467 for a .905 OPS in four games. Weber scored six runs doubled, had one RBI, and walked once (no strikeouts).
Jacob Heatherly
27-year-old left-hander Jacob Heatherly made one scoreless appearance last week, working two innings allowing one hit, two walks, and struck out three.
Nick Altermatt
26-year-old righty Nick Altermatt made two shutout appearances for the Barons last week, pitching three innings allowing two hits, one walk, and struck out five.
Luke Bell
25-year-old right-hander Luke Bell made one scoreless appearance, chucking two innings of one-hit baseball while also striking out one.
Phil Fox

23-year-old Boston Smith hit .400/.522/.800 with a 1.322 OPS in five games. Smith scored nine runs, doubled, tripled, and homered once, had four RBI, walked more (six) than he struck out (four), and was a perfect 4-for-4 on stolen bases.
Grant Magill
25-year-old Grant Magill hit .636/.538/.909 for a 1.447 OPS in three games. Magill had seven hits in 11 at-bats including a home run, scored two runs, and had six RBI.
Kyle Lodise – MLB Pipeline White Sox #10
22-year-old Kyle Lodise batted .300/.440/.600 for a 1.040 OPS with six runs scored, a double, triple, and home run, five RBI, and was 2-for-3 on stolen bases in five games.

Arxy Hernández
22-year-old Arxy Hernández hit .375/.476/.563 for a 1.039 OPS over five games. Hernández scored five runs, homered, had four RBI, and walked as much as he struck out (four).
Grant Umberger
24-year-old Grant Umberger had another solid outing in his latest turn in the rotation.
Gabe Davis – MLB Pipeline White Sox #25
22-year-old Gabe Davis’ stellar begininng to his professional career marched on against the Blue Rocks last week.
Ely Brown
21-year-old Ely Brown slashed .412/.524/.471 for a .995 OPS in five games last week while scoring three runs with one double, three RBI, two walks (no strikeouts), and was a perfect 5-for-5 on stolen bases.
George Wolkow – MLB Pipeline White Sox #14
20-year-old George Wolkow batted .364/.375/.591 with a .966 OPS in six games against Wilmington last week. Wolkow scored five runs, doubled twice, homered once, drove in five, and was successful on his lone stolen base attempt.
Drew McDaniel
25-year-old righty Drew McDaniel had a solid outing in his start last week, working four innings allowing four hits, one run (earned), and struck out two.
Madison Jeffrey
26-year-old right-hander Madison Jeffrey made two scoreless appearances last week, throwing two innings allowing one hit and one walk.
Drew Conover
24-year-old righty Drew Conover made two appearances throwing four and a third innings allowing five hits, four runs (one earned), walked two, and struck out three.
Liam Paddack

Rylan Galvan
22-year-old Rylan Galvan hit .308/.500/.538 for a 1.038 OPS over four games in Charleston last week. Galvan scored two runs, homered and drove in five.
Max Banks
22-year-old Max Banks has had a fantastic start to his professional career with the Ballers this season. In 38 innings, Banks has a 1.42 ERA, a 1.05 WHIP, and 34 strikeouts.
Caedmon Parker
22-year-old Caedmon Parker made two appearances last week, one start and he piggybacked an opener on Sunday. In total, Parker pitched 10 innings allowing 10 hits, two runs (both earned), walked four and struck out seven.
Truman Pauley
22-year-old Truman Pauley had his best outing as a member of the White Sox organization in his most recent start for the Ballers.
Jackson Nove
23-year-old southpaw Jackson Nove pitched well in two appearances last week before being traded to the A’s for outfielder Junior Perez.
Trey Cooper
23-year-old southpaw Trey Cooper made two scoreless appearances last week, hurling four and a third innings striking out three.
Jordan Morales
26-year-old left-hander Jordan Morales made one scoreless appearance throwing an inning and a third with one hit allowed and two punchouts.
Landen Payne
Recently turned 23-year-old Landen Payne made two shutout appearances last week allowing two hits, one walk, and struck out three in two innings of work.
Ryan Schiefer
22-year-old righty Ryan Schiefer pitched a perfect inning in his lone appearance, striking out two.
Gabriel RodrÃguez
22-year-old right-hander Gabriel RodrÃguez appeared in two games last week for the Ballers pitching three and two thirds innings allowing four hits, one run (earned), and both walked and struck out one.
Choyce Diffey

Mathias LaCombe – MLB Pipeline White Sox #17
23-year-old Mathias LaCombe made another scoreless appearance for the ACL White Sox last week, chucking two innings allowing two hits and struck out three.
Kendry Garcia
22-year-old right-hander Kendry Garcia made one start last week, throwing four innings allowing two hits, two runs (one earned), with one walk allowed and four strikeouts.
#13 overall prospect Mason Adams threw two innings in the Arizona Complex League on Monday and he should be headed out to Winston-Salem to continue his rehab from Tommy John surgery.
Southpaw Ky Bush was on the pre-season Just Missed List and he’s rehabbing an injured lat. Bush hurt the shoulder while on his way back from Tommy John as well. Drew Thorpe is also delayed in his recovery as he recently underwent surgery for an emergency appendectomy.
